Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packagin.g

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.
